Air Haus – Terms and Conditions 

   The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our online store. 

Air Haus Purchasing Contract 

   By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and you can correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail. 

   If an order has been placed and the goods are out of stock, you will receive notification via email advising you of the out of stock items and the expected arrival time, we would only expect any delay to be 3-5 working days but will confirm in more detail on a case to case basis. At this time you will be able to cancel any out of stock items for a full refund if you do not wish to wait. 

   The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English. 

   We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can view the contract in our customer login. 

Terms of delivery 

   Shipping costs may also be incurred on top of the costs of the items ordered. You will find more detailed information about possible shipping costs at checkout. We only deliver by dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.  

Payment 

All Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards are accepted in the Air Haus online store. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept American Express. Payments are processed using a secure SSL connection, guaranteeing safe and correct handling of your payment. 

Retention of title 

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. 

Damaged goods/damage in transit 

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please inform us about such defects as soon as possible, with pictures of the damages incurred, so that we may investigate this with the transport company. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will not have any consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights.  

The same applies to any damaged products, in both instances we will seek to find a best solution, either with refund or replacement items.  

Warranties and guarantees 

The statutory law on liability for defects shall apply. Information on any additional warranties that may apply, and their exact conditions, can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online store.
